Our story originates from a deep-rooted passion to support people embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Transformation derives originally from the Greek metamorphosis: meta + morphē (shape, form). The term meta is a prefix from the Greek word which means beyond or transcending. Overall meta implies a sense of going beyond the surface level, exploring deeper meanings, or self-reflecting on the nature of something.
In this context, transformyourself.gr is a hub of Learning and Coaching services that has as a purpose to serve individuals and organizations explore their potential.

Afroditi Katsougri, Founder of transformyourself.gr

Afroditi Katsougri is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in multinational companies. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in various roles across different industries.
Starting her career in the banking industry, Afroditi gained valuable insights and strategic thinking as she worked with both local and multinational clients. Being part of global leaders (HSBC Bank plc, EFG Eurobank) in the Financial Institutions sector further enhanced her understanding of the micro and macro landscape.

Transitioning to the FMCG industry (Reckitt, Sarantis Group), Afroditi found her passion in HR. She held multiple HR positions, including HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and Organizational Development Manager. She has a proven track record in areas such as Recruitment, Assessment Center, Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion, Health & Safety, Corporate Responsibility, Reporting & Analytics, Coaching, Mentoring, Employee Engagement Surveys, Culture Values Deployment, Health & Wellness Activation, 360 Reviews Feedback Coaching, Talent Management & Development, Restructuring, Change Management, Crisis Management, ERP Migration, Performance Management, Talent Calibration, and Learning and Development.

Afroditi’s attributes, including her business acumen, curiosity, strategic thinking, communication skills, drive, and ownership, are what define her professional approach. She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and has elementary proficiency in Russian.

In addition to her extensive experience, Afroditi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Finance. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner and a 360 Reviews Feedback Coach. With a thirst for knowledge, she has acquired over 50 certifications from renowned institutions such as Harvard University, University of Texas, Columbia, University of Michigan, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Athens University of Economics and Business, LinkedIn, edX, and Coursera. She has actively participated in workshops focused on the Inner Child, Trauma, and Play Therapy, which have shaped her understanding of human nature.
